Unveiled on the 2nd of
January 1928 and donated by Monsignor Mullin.
The imposing figure of
Christ the King is seated on a marble throne reminiscent
of the Chair of Saint Peter.
Engraved
around the plinth of the statue is
“Adveniat
Regnum Tuum. Ecce Rex Vester. Rex Sum Ego.”
"Thy
Kingdom Come. Behold Your King. I Am King.”
